Robert Korbe is an American man suspected of the murder of FBI Special Agent Samuel Hicks on November 18, 2008. Korbe has previously pleaded guilty to several firearms charges, drug charges, assault, and resisting arrest.
PITTSBURGH (AP) - Federal prosecutors say they wont seek the death penalty against a Pittsburgh-area woman who fatally shot an FBI agent.
Forty-year-old Christina Korbe, of Glenshaw, is accused of shooting agent Samuel Hicks as he and other officers arrived to arrest her husband on drug charges at their home in November.
Korbe acknowledges shooting Hicks.
