Robert Paulison is Administrator, USFA. According to whitehouse.gov: From 1992 until 2001, Robert Paulison served as Fire Chief of Miami-Dade County. He had been with the Miami-Dade County Fire Department for twenty-one years. He also directed the Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management. In 1997, he was appointed to the Civil Integration Response Panel of the Defense Science Board, a Department of Defense group that is comprised of emergency response experts. Robert is the Past President of the International Association of Fire Chiefs and is currently on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University.
