Are you from Liverpool? Robert Zemeckis wants to here you speak. Zemeckis received the go ahead from Disney to remake the Beatles 1968 animated fantasy adventure, Yellow Submarine in 3D. The animation will be created in the creepy animated style seen in the Polar Express, Beowulf, and this year's A Christmas Carol. He is now looking for voices that sound like the Beatles. I personally hate the animation style, and would rather this project not exist. We've been hearing a lot from Robert Zemeckis in the past few months in regard to a potential sequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit? , his classic live-action/cartoon hybrid. After the initial call for actors to play The Beatles another Yellow Submarine casting notice has now been issued. This one details some of the major supporting roles that Robert Zemeckis is looking to fill, and in between the character information there's the odd bit of plot info as well as some telling details of design.
