Arsenal star Robin van Persie believes it could have all been different if he had succumbed to the 'dark side' of life as a teenager in crime-ridden Rotterdam. Adebayor has been hit with a three-match ban after being found guilty of violent conduct following a stamp on Arsenal striker Robin van Persie's head during last weekend's match at Eastlands. Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor was charged with violent and improper conduct by the Football Association on Tuesday for his alleged stamp on Robin van Persie and for his goal celebration in Saturday's 4-2 victory over Arsenal.
