There's just something wrong about that! In honor of Halloween, I’m skipping the travel stuff today. Instead, I’m naming my 5 Scariest Movie Robots of all Time. They are: Maximilian – The big red robot from “The Black Hole” was freakin’ awesome, just floating there with that glowing red eye. The robotics industry is still lagging in the area’s of home consumer robotics in my opinion. The Roomba and other vacuum or house cleaning robots were just the first step and were more like gimmicks than actually useful products as they do have limitations. What we really need is to develop intelligent and efficient robots that can perform basic household chores that free up humans to do more productive things.
