I just read an article in Positive Thinking magazine about a Kyle Macdonald who managed to trade an ordinary household red paperclip for real house build in 1920's, had been recently renovated, approximately 1100 square feet on two floors with three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dinning room.
