Prosecutors told a federal judge they plan to re-indict impeached former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich either in late January or early February.

Attorneys for indicted former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich say they want the FBI to turn over notes of interviews with President Barack Obama.
