Officer Wines wrote in his report that the driver of the Ford Explorer attempted to speed away before pulling over, and that Corning was found inside with an unnamed "employee of Platinum Plus Gentlemen's Club." Then after Wines went back to his car, Corning pulled away, but was soon stopped by another officer looking for his Explorer.

Wines caught up with Corning and searched his vehicle, finding Viagra and sex toys in the car. Corning said he had a prescription for the Viagra and that the sex toys, well you know how it is with those friskly lawyers. Corning said the sex toys are always in the car "just in case."
