Panthers add Ron Edwards

The Carolina Panthers have agreed to terms on a three year deal with Kansas City Chiefs nose tackle Ron Edwards, Adam Teicher reports.Adam Schefter of ESPN reports the deal is worth $8.25 million , which is a solid signing for the Panthers. The Chiefs must replace Edwards at nose tackle, and 49ers nose tackle Aubrayo Franklin has been a name that has been thrown around a lot.
