In light of losing Javon Walker to injury, the Raiders benched Ronald Curry this week despite his best performance of the ‘08 season this past Sunday. Oakland Raiders 5-11
Alright, well, we’re all prepared to watch the Raiders lose. But what interests me in 2008 isn’t whether or not the Raiders will lose, they will, but how they will lose. I think we’ll see a much scrappier, much tougher Raiders offense. I think we’ll see a string of strong performances from Jamarcus Russell and Ronald Curry, Fargus and McFadden. It’s the Oakland Defense that is going to suffer and, in the end, cost the Raiders the vast majority of their games.
