Rudolph W Giuliani "A Good Mayor of New YorK"

I like this man. Do you suppose some spotless  missionary
with out 2 cents to rub together would be well recieved as
Mayor of New York City?   Rudolph made lots of money in
the Financial markets. I would point out. Such is perfectly
legal to do. But the real strength iof this man was his so called
DROP IN THE BUCKET CHANGES  he tried to introduce.
And in fact he did introduce.  Called a liberal because he did
away with many nickel  and dime   thorns that served no purpose
except to Harrass New York Businessmen. These so called
"drops in the bucket" were in fact a  GRADIENT MOVE in the proper direction. And an attempt at liest to encourage sustainable growth enterprises.  When you hear about some man getting up on the stump and loudly proclaiming. WE WANT SWEEPING CHANGES.
What do you do with such a liar. Well then, you walk up to him
hand him a broom and calmy say. "Fine, start sweeping".
The point is, there is no such thing as sweeping changes, things are changed for the better a little bit at a time.  Rudolph was doing just that. Now about being critisized for 5 wives?  Jesus
has thousands of wives all over the world in convents.So i guess 5 wives be O K with him.      Roger
