Rupert Grint: Kissing Emma Watson Stand-In Was 'Weird'

Harry Potter star Rupert Grint had to lock lips with a masked girl when co-star Emma Watson was unable to film scenes on the upcoming movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. He said: “There have been a couple of scenes where Emma has missed filming. But when you have to kiss a girl in a mask, it’s totally weird.”

In the hit movie franchise, the pair play Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, long-time school friends who become romantically involved. Rupert and Emma dreaded having to shoot the kissing scenes.

The 19-year-old beauty recently admitted she “pounced” on Rupert, 21, when they needed to get up close and personal and was terrified of laughing during the intimate scenes. She explained:
I pounced on him, I was so desperate to get it over with. We were both really nervous about laughing and not being able to take it seriously.
