Ryan Hansen a senior at Arrowhead High School in Hartland, Wisconsin set the new WIAA men's 500 freestyle swimming record on Frebruary 21st, 2009. His time of 4:28.98 was the result of an exciting race between Michael Drives of Madison Memorial and the Arrowhead swimmer that will be attending the University of Utah in the fall.
