Jimmy Fallon Presented Beyoncé an Award at the MTV VMAs Dressed as Ryan Lochte
'I'm breezy with the good hair!'
Decked out in a Nike track suit, Olympic medal, and blue hair, the comedian addressed how difficult it was to pick a winner by admitting that he couldn't choose "even if there was a gun to my head...which there isn't. But even if there was..." alluding to Lochte's recent controversy, when he claimed to have been held up at gun point by nonexistent criminals in Rio.
"I'm breezy with the good hair!" he continued, making reference to Beyoncé's song "Sorry."
Contenders for the biggest honor of the night included Adele's "Hello," Beyoncé's "Formation," Drake's "Hotline Bling," Justin Bieber's "Sorry," and Kanye West's "Famous," but Beyoncé went home with the Moonman this time around.
She also took the awards for Best Female Video for "Hold Up" and Best Pop Video, Breakthrough Long Form Video, Best Direction, Best Cinematography, and Best Editing for power ballad "Formation."
Olympian Lochte recently admitted to "making up" parts of his Rio story, stating that while he "wasn't lying," he had indeed "over-exaggerated what was happening..."
The 32-year-old will participate in season 23 of Dancing With the Stars.
