Jacksonville St. suspends Perrilloux for opener

Jacksonville State quarterback Ryan Perrilloux has been suspended for the season opener at Georgia Tech for violating team rules. Coach Jack Crowe said Friday the unspecified infraction occurred during the spring and did not involve legal issues. Perrilloux transferred to Jacksonville State before last season. He had been kicked off the LSU team for a string of issues that included skipping classes, missing a team meeting and arriving late for conditioning. In a not so shocking decision Friday, the Louisiana State University football team let go of quarterback Ryan Perrilloux . In a statement, head coach Les Miles sad that Perrilloux, "didn't fulfill his obligation as an LSU student-athlete." This isn't exactly a surprise. After more than a few run-ins with the law and school, Perrilloux permanently scarred his career. He required discipline from law officials, the school and the team regularly.
