A preliminary hearing has been set for Monday, Nov. 30, for Matthew Mercuro, the 36-year-old finance chief of professional skateboarder Ryan Sheckler, who was arrested Nov. 13 on two felony counts of grand theft for allegedly embezzling more than $365,000.
