“Carter would never have hurt me, ever,’’ Ryann Rathbone said.Her boyfriend Carter Albrecht went into a rage on Monday evening, beat her, then chased her from their home.  Carter then began to beat on the door of the next door neighbor, who fearing a break-in or robbery, fired a gunshot at the door -- accidentally killing Albrecht.Ryann believes that Carter was influenced by an anti-smoking drug that he had been taking.  No chemical evidence on the case has been released yet.Read Full Story
