Santa Clara University and three Santa Clara businesses, who together saved over 8.57 million kilowatt hours (kWh) of electricity last year, have won Silicon Valley Power (SVP) Energy Innovator Awards for their efforts in 2008. Two of the winners also purchased or generated another 11.3 million kWh of renewable energy.
