Fall 2009 was a very productive season for scuba diving instructor trainers in Montreal. MONTREAL, QC, Canada – Nov. 16 ,2009 – In September and October, ten divers from Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec started their instructor development course at Total Diving. While three of them chose to wait until next Spring before completing their training, seven of them became PADI Open Water Scuba Diving Instructors (OWSI) at a PADI-conducted IE (Instructor Examination) held in Montreal during the first week-end of November.
