Start Learning SEO From The Beginning

As a profit blogging starter, if you are wanting to get into the natural search results of Google and the other search engines, you must know before you dive into the project that getting good rankings in the search engines for your chosen keywords can take a really long time, before you begin seeing results. While inbound links to your website, targeted to your chosen keywords, will help your website climb in the search results of your favorite search engines, it may be a frustrating journey.

Why is it so difficult to do this? Other bloggers and website owners want to rank high as well for the same search terms as you do. And since only ten of websites can be on page one of the search results, you may have to work really hard to start learning how to do proper SEO techniques on your blog in order to topple those blogs or websites already on page one of the results, and you will have to fight to keep your ranking once you get it.

The first thing to learn is how to make a keyword research for terms you want to optimize. Bear in mind, there are some keyword phrases that are nearly impossible to rank significantly high for, even if you have really deep pockets. For example, most every keyword phrase for the financial and credit cards industry will be extremely difficult to rank high for in Google. Competition in these industries are fierce, so achieving top search rankings will be tough to say the least.This is the reason why so many bloggers are encouraged to target for three or four word search phrases to be fairly easy to rank well on specific search engines.

My personal approach is to permutate my keywords for few combination of wordsand placing those keywords properly on the page. My main keywords is “blogging for profit”, but I found when I search for “profit blogging” and “profit blogging tips”, my homepage seated on page one of Google search. What I mean here is try to find keywords that when arranged in few combination can bring a make sense for you visitor and getting high for search result. For example, suppose you’re making post titled “home office decorating tips and guides”, here you will get at least 4 keywords that make sense i.e “home decorating tips”, “home decorating guides”, “office decorating tips” and “office decorating guides”, and so on. At the end of the líst, you can analyze your keywords combination to see which one is making strong performance on search result and which keywords still weak, and then start the process of optimization again. This is the process of starting a long journey to learn search engine optimization for your long lasting profit blogging goals.
