Shiv Sena is not backing down at all from taking potshots at Sachin Tendulkar. In their latest attack, Sanjay Raut claims that Sunil Gavaskar is more the son of the soil than Tendulkar because the latter has not helped fellow Maharashtrian cricketers including Vinod Kambli. Shiv Sena is unrepentant about attacking a media office in Mumbai, stating that they were defending their leader. Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP, Sanjay Raut, defended the hooligan behaviour of the political outfit, stating that they were fighting those who were criticising their leader over comments made about Sachin Tendulkar.
