I belong to Daily om. It is a website with all kinds of spiritual related thoughts and people.
It is a great place to get your daily om for the day.
A daily om is a thought to ponder for the day, spiritual food to take in and digest and use or not.

I used to be in a group where we practiced the art of Namaste. This is something that nourishes my soul. The world would be such a better place to live if we lived with this being our state of mind with one another.
