Samuel Hicks was a Special Agent in the FBI. He was shot and killed on November 18, 2008, while trying to serve a warrant on a suspected drug ring leader. His alleged killer is Richard Korbe.
PITTSBURGH (AP) - Federal prosecutors say they wont seek the death penalty against a Pittsburgh-area woman who fatally shot an FBI agent.
Forty-year-old Christina Korbe, of Glenshaw, is accused of shooting agent Samuel Hicks as he and other officers arrived to arrest her husband on drug charges at their home in November.
Korbe acknowledges shooting Hicks.
