The Chilean authorities have arrested four people in connection with the 1982 assassination of former Chilean President Eduardo Frei Montalva. He died from an infection following routine surgery but his family says dictator General Augusto Pinochet was behind the murder.   The suspects are Mr Frei's former chauffeur Luis Berra, Raúl Lillo and former doctors Patricio Silva and Pedro Valdivia, with the army and police respectively.
