Noel Gallagher's Halliwell Close One
Opps. Noel Gallagher nearly named the new Oasis album after a song by Geri Halliwell.
That could've been embarrassing. Even worse if it was Mi Chicko Latino.
But it was Bag It Up. And it was only when his GF, Sara MacDonald, pointed out to him that the former Spice Girl had already used the name, that he found out.
He says, "The missus goes, 'Bag It Up? Isn't that a song by Geri Halliwell?' I was like, 'You've ruined my entire f**king year!'"
The band finally settled on the name Dig Out Your Soul for the new LP.
If you want to name an album something that you know Geri hasn't even said just call it "Can I Have Another Slice Of Cake Please."
