And what is that around her neck? Palin's on record as opposing the placement of Polar Bears on the protected species list, I guess so she can wear one around her neck.
Today, in a weird attempt to steal thunder from Senator Barack Obama's rousing nomination event at Invesco Field in Denver, Senator John McCain will announce that he's selected Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his VP pick.But it's a risk. She's painted as "squeeky clean" but there's not just the commonly mentioned investigation of abuse of power, but allegations from "palininvestigated.blogspot.com" that she's opposed to open goverment and "leads by Blackberry" working to hide records of communications by using that device.
On top of that, there's her interesting college background as a beauty queen, which causes one to want to look in that direction.
But the main question is can she be President of The United States? Can she deal with the complexities of foreign policy? The simple fact one has to ask that question is a problem.

It is time that such articles start dealing in the truth. The polar bears being put on "The List" has nothing to do with their status or non-status as endangered. FACT: There are "5" times more Polar Bears now than 30 years ago and there is NO evidence that trend is changing, period. This is about attacking the USA by using such phony idiotic false-hoods to prevent us from using our own natural resources (oil).
Governor Palen has just been the focus of these idiots for doing the right thing, not for doing anything illegal.
