That was fast: Star magazine reports that John Mayer is seeing a new, much younger woman. The singer split from 40-year-old Jennifer Aniston last month, but for the last few weeks he's been rebounding with model/aspiring actress Scheana Marie Jancan, who's 23.

According to Star, the couple met in early April when Jancan served Mayer cocktails at The Grand Havana Room in Beverly Hills. A source told the gossip rag: Scheana was shocked and thrilled when John asked her out. She has always thought he was hot, and she said yes right away, writing down her cell phone number on a napkin. They flirted the whole time, and he told her she was cute. A little background on Scheana: She's modeled for brands like Ed Hardy and Doritos, and she was a runner-up in a Hawaiian Tropic Pageant. Now that she's seeing Mayer, she's enjoying the good life, hanging out at his place in Calabasas and bragging to her friends how "very tender, sweet and creative" her new man is.

The source said, "There is always food and beer around. Scheana said she has loads of fun there; it’s like spring break!”
