For the sake of discussion, I'm going to operationally define faith as belief in something with out elaborate and accurate evidence of its truth--as though it were belief without proof. Having said that, I think it's impossible for us to live without faith. Without it, I think it would be unlikely to progress. On one end of the Equilibrium of Faith is complete understanding--facts and truths. Its opposite is complete ignorance, and together they make up the opposite forces of this Equilibrium. The two converging is faith, and as you know, the opposite forces exists infinitely in their direction so that it's impossible to ... Read Full Story

The Equilibrium, which can be found here: http://adam237.blogspot.com/2009/08/equilibrium_9613.html is my major philosophy in my religion, and this is an example of The Equilibrium in practice. :God Sent Me Winter Roses It was a very wintery, winter morning…..the chill in the air awakened me. Quietly, I rose out of bed, not to disturb my husband and children asleep. Looking out the window, I could not believe how much snow had fallen through the night. My next thought was, how we were going to clean out the driveway? Our driveway at that time, was around, 125 feet long…The snow, well, the snow was thigh deep! Yes, and it was a very wet heavy snow . We did not own a snowblower. You may find that odd, since we live in a ... Read Full Story
