Scott Baio
Scott Baio is an American actor. He's best known for playing Chachi Arcola on Happy Days and Joanie Loves Chachi, as well as Charles on Charles in Charge. A true ladies' man, Baio finally settled down with wife Renee Sloan in 2007.
