I am not much of a seafood lover, but my mother is always raving about it. Hubby loves our fresh, local seafood and and he saw the recipes on Great American Seafood Cook Off 2008 and he was drooling over Chef Brian Landry from Louisiana’s recipe; Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet. His recipe is a Louisiana Shrimp and Andouille sausage smothered in a white bean casserole. This amazing cook off is going on 5 strong years of yummy recipes!
