Either it’s a slow news day, or the Associated Press missed Stephen Colbert and The Colbert Report as much as we did. From the AP:
Alan Colmes plays Colbert’s sidekick for a day
By JAKE COYLE – 48 minutes ago
NEW YORK (AP) — Jettisoned by his longtime co-host Sean Hannity, Alan Colmes was adopted by Stephen Colbert — for a day, at least.
On Monday’s “The Colbert Report,” Colbert introduced the Fox News commentator as his new co-host.
It was the first episode of the Comedy Central... Read Full Story
Sean Hannity - KXNT.com With the double exposure of a radio and TV talk host, Sean Hannity carries the credibility and appeal of a media superstar. Winning listeners and viewers with intelligence, charm, and humor, Sean Hannity has the formula for keeping a captive audience Illini look to stay 'refocused' - Pantagraph Walt Aikens' insertion at safety and Terry Hawthorne's play at cornerback seems to have energized the secondary. Fox News has announced that no one will be replacing Alan Colmes on Hannity & Colmes. Instead, Fox plans to debut a brand new show on Jan. 12th called ‘Hannity’ with of course — Sean Hannity as the host.
However, it’s not just going to be a solid hour of right-wing bloviating like some feared:
“Hannity” will include a “Great American Panel” of three nightly in studio guests — a liberal, a conservative and an “X factor.” The show will mix commentary, interviews and special segment like... Read Full Story
These guys suck in the worst way. I don't understand how anybody could claim FOX News is 'fair and balanced'! The wacko right wingnut station ignored its own reporting Tuesday night in its eagerness to help Sean Hannity smear Barack Obama's latest cabinet pick, Arne Duncan , the man who would be Secretary of Education. Earlier in the day, a FOXNews.com headline painted a portrait of an educator who is well-respected and who had butted professional heads with former 60's radical William Ayers... Read Full Story
FOX commentator Sean Hannity passed his initial singing test and landed a spot later this year on the popular American Idol show. This is in spite of being assigned the song "Coward of the County" by Idol producer and judge Simon Cowell. "In light of his reneging on his pledge to be publicly waterboarded for charity we felt this song suited him better than any other," Cowell explained, "and while I wish Sean the best I hope this is the last we hear of anyone from FOX for a while at least, if...
