Sean Stewart, son of singer Rod Stewart, is rumored to be joining VH1’s Celebrity Rehab 2 with Dr. Drew. Page Six is reporting that Sean Stewart as well as Donnis Rodman and Heidi Fleiss will join the second season of Celebrity Rehab, set to begin production this month.
Last year, Sean Stewart was denied at an L.A. club, started throwing things at a passing car and injured a passenger.
Aaron Carter was also previously rumored to be joining the cast of Celebrity Rehab .
