Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina

While neither of these gentleman was my first choice, I am very pleased with their nomination. I think it reflects well on the state of NC that we have so many excellent judges. I also think that it reflects well on the Obama administration that they chose competent, centrist judges rather than party hacks or ideologues. I can't imagine Richard Burr or anyone else objecting to these nominations, and, in fact, I bet that Burr has already...
