I got served...

Well, as many of you know by now, Christy Lochrie, a Phat & Pink Wretched Searchlight Reporter, actually served me a Form CH-100 "Request for Orders to Stop Harassment" for this here blog last week. I was served at work by a female Shasta County Sheriff officer, in front of all my co-workers, while we were standing around eating pizza. Luckily, my co-workers know about my blog(s) and thought the whole thing was hilarious. (Christy, just a heads-up that I work part-time, and I do all my blogging from home, on my home computer. Nice try to get me in trouble at work, however!!! Very nice try, beaver! And you, Christy Lochrie, think you're being harassed by me? Just who is harassing who? Amazing!!) Luckily, the Shasta County Sheriff officer had a big smile on her face, and was extremely polite. She very nicely explained that the "Request for Orders to Stop Harassment" had been "denied" by the judge "pending a hearing." She explained that if I do not attend the hearing on January 7, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at the Shasta County Courthouse the Order that was filed against me for this blog by Christy Lochrie, a Phat Pink Record Searchlight Reporter, would go into effect. So, you bet your bottom dollar I'll be attending that hearing on January 7th, 2008. You all are invited too. However, the NoP&P; Legal Committee is recommending a "smaller crowd" because the courtroom is rather small, and the Monday hearing agenda's are usually packed. But I'm not going to ask you to not come. I'm just warning you guys that you might have to stand in the back row if there aren't any seats available. I'm still hoping that WonderWoman will be waiting outside the courtroom in her invisible plane. We shall see.... I'll be posting all the contents of the Restraining Order filed against me on this here blog, and on the Blog Action Network as well. However, it is frickin' Christmas, and I'm trying to get my presents wrapped and delivered, and my christmas cards sent... and... and argh!!! Please be patient.
