Gosh, who is that dangerously sexy
masked blogger? Yup folks, we're two weeks away from yet another hearing related to the
Temporary Restraining Order #161960 that
Record Searchlight "
Refrigerator Art Reporter" Christy Lochrie filed against me on December 10, 2007. And as we all know, I am the "evil,
potty-mouthed masked blogger known as
Large Marge at Large." As you may recall, the hearing on
December 7th was postponed because (I think) Judge Gibson had a room full of people with legitimate child custody cases, and wasn't quite sure what to do with the two Drama Queens who had an argument over their french fries at In & Out Burger. And, Christy, I will continually defend my actions at
In & Out Burger as an attempt to talk some sense into you based on these facts:
Christy Lochrie, you yelled at me when I walked in the door of
In & Out Burger and invited me to your table and hissed a lot of other really weird stuff at me such as "
fine... choose anonymity over cowardice...." Whatever?!! Oh, and by the way, Christy Lochrie, holding a cell phone does not make a "listening device." However, Christy, in your strange and lonely world of
eavesdropping, maybe it does.... And lastly, yes, I am obsessed with my First Amendment rights, not
you Christy. For chrissake, don't flatter yourself! Anyway, I defend my innocence, my First Amendment rights, and I will defend my right to blog free on this here blog for as long as I want. And I'm ready to go to trial if I have to. So, for those of you kind enough to take interest in all this Phat Chick silliness, the
Pre-Trial Hearing is scheduled for
February 15th at 8:30 a.m., Shasta County Courthouse, Department 11. I can't guarantee you a seat, so you may have to wait in the hall. Sorry. There are lots-o-rules at the Courthouse. Anyway, according to the letter I have from the Superior Court, "at the trial readiness conference, the trial may be continued to anytime during the following week." If the case is not dismissed on February 15th, it is tentatively scheduled go to trial the following week, Wednesday, February 20th, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the Department to be assigned "on the issue(s) of the temporary restraining order, time estimate of two (2) hours." It's very bizarre reading, and quite a Phat & Pink soap opera tale (with a good dose of exaggeration and some full blown lies). And, as I've said before, there's nothing quite like reading through a bunch of mullarkey that a Wretched Searchlight Phat & Pink reporter makes up on the public record. And yes, there will be some sort of "Free Large Marge"
