When you're getting ready for your prom - you'll probably have spent ages thinking about who's going to be your date and choosing your dress, but haven't yet given much thought to how you style your hair.

An updo hairstyle can really add elegance and sophistication - and have the desired effect of making your date really notice how stunning you look. One popular style that mixes feminine curls with a more formal look is the half up, half down updo. SImply clipping some of your hair up or, if you have short hair, wearing a hair piece to give the illusion of longer hair, with a few curls winding around your ears and neck, can look very sexy and attractive.
