There has already been rumblings that Eric Mangini and DT Shaun Rogers have not seen eye to eye, including the incident at an awards banquet where Mangini reportedly ignored Rogers. Now comes the bombshell from Adam Schefter at NFL.com that Rogers wants out of Cleveland. Here is the tidbit:

Cleveland Browns Pro Bowl DT Shaun Rogers was upset by what he feels were snubs by new head coach Eric Mangini. In fact, he asked to be traded or released .
The Browns are not reporting who has or hasn't attended off-season workouts, which began this week, but reports are that Rogers is not present for the workouts .
