A couple of veteran place kickers, Shayne Graham and Shaun Suisham were in for a visit and tryout with the Pats, as Stephen Gostkowski isn’t exactly having a great season with the club. Gostkowski is just 4-of-7 in field goal attempts, though he is coming off a 2-for-2 night in the Pats’ 41-14 romp over Miami. Today Steeler Nation bids farewell to their second-leading scorer in franchise history, trailing only Gary Anderson. If you haven’t heard, former Steeler kicker Jeff Reed is unemployed no more, as the 49ers have signed him to fill in for the recently-injured Joe Nedney.
