Shaq's Wife Flies to LA to File for Legal Seperation

(Getty Images)more pics »The legal drama unfolding between Shaquille O'Neal and his wife Shaunie O'Neal continues today, with news that Shaunie has suddenly moved to Los Angeles to file for legal seperation from Shaq. Raising eyebrows about the move? The fact that until earlier this week, the couple was living in Florida.

The reason, of course, is that spouses generally to a lot better when it comes to divying up assets in Los Angeles versus Florida. In papers filed in a Los Angeles court today, Shaunie says she's been a proud Angelino since November 8, 2009, or just two days ago.

The couple -- who have four children together -- have been married for nearly seven years, but the last two years have been rocky ones. The couple first filed for divorce back in 2007, but called the seperation off a year later. Seems like this time it may just take.
