A judge has dismissed some of the charges against Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon and all charges against a councilwoman indicted in a probe of city finances. Judge Dennis M. Lawyers for Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon have filed a motion to dismiss the 12-count indictment against her. Dixon is accused of stealing gift cards intended for needy families and lying about gifts from her developer boyfriend.
