Sheila Dixon

Sheila A. Dixon (born December 27, 1953) is a Democratic politician who became Baltimore's first female (and third African-American) mayor in 2007.

Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon enters the Mitchell Courthouse East Monday morning as a criminal defendant. If convicted on theft charges she could face prison time and be removed from office. Listen to WBAL AM 1090 throughout the week for hourly reports from the trial.
