Did you possibly think you could love crocs even more than you already do? This Woolly Mammoth clog takes seasonal wearing out of the picture and allows you to wear your favorite every day shoe as much and as often as you like. It’s fully lined with snuggly fleece that will hug every curve of your foot as you walk. Now that is pure satisfaction! The Woolly Mammoth is even more comfy than the traditionnal Mammoth. The plastic is more flexible/cushy…as cushy as my Crocs Athens sandal soles (unbeatable comfort). The combination is truly amazing. Fewer holes on top of the shoe goes a ... Read Full Story

In case you haven’t yet seen these in stores, several of this Fall’s resort collections have start to turn up at our favorite online shopping sites. Today’s focus is the Prada 2009 Resort Collection. For more conservative ladies, a number of these 2009 Resort styles are simple, feminine, classic, and stylish. The low demi-wedge sandals are a nice change from recent trends toward higher and more precarious styles. If you happen to prefer the higher heel, the ombre nude Maryjane pumps have a slim yet solid heel that will allow you to indulge in the trend of higher styles without sacrificing too much in ... Oh dear, where has the time gone? All week I was looking forward to this interesting little Friday Shoe History Corner tidbit, and thanks to a crazily busy Friday, I’ve missed my deadline. Ah well, you won’t hold it against me, will you? Because I’m here to remind us that we live in wonderful times where our shoes are concerned. Not only can a girl find a pair of comfy and stylish booties like the Bernardo Sahara bootie for the totally reasonable price of $169 (or, free for one lucky Shoeblog reader), but she can buy them in as many colors as she can ... This shoe history corner post is dedicated to Bernardo Rudofsky. A designer and architect, Bernardo was quite progressive in the mid 1900s for questioning the rationality of modern day designs. He felt that footwear and apparel were not designed with the shape of the human body in mind. To illustrate his point, Bernardo showcased what a person’s foot needed to look like if it was used to mold a pair of oxford shoes. Similarly, he illustrated the shapely female curves which would warrant the design of this bustled Victorian era dress. On the belief that footwear should actually mimic the shape of the foot ... Whaddaya know, but the Crocs designers seem to be fresh out of ideas to extend the shelf life of their hideous footwear, which has been rapidly fading from the national fad-consciousness since early 2008. They want your help. Social networking may be the last refuge of the 21st Century scoundrel. Case in point: Crocsideas.com! Pulling the laziest designer trick of lazy designers everywhere, Crocs wants you to help them make their shoes into...

His most recent post talks about his interest in Crocs, those shoe-like objects that nearly everyone seemed to be wearing these past couple of summers. Faulkner's interest isn't of the "Can you believe adults...

Crocs reported in a routine SEC filing that it had received a nasty letter from Porsche's attorneys demanding that Crocs stop selling its Cayman brand of plastic clogs. Porsche says that it violates its trademark which seems highly unlikely. [I]n the 10-Q that footnoted frequent flyer Crocs (CROX) filed last week, there was an interesting new disclosure about Porsche, the German car-maker, suing Crocs, the Colorado-based shoe manufacturer...
