With the second official release of the Nike Zoom Kobe V, which came in a black base Lakers away colorway, a matching home version was sure to be in the making. Today, we have a preview of just that: the Nike Zoom Kobe V (5) in a Lakers Home colorway. The shoe features a clean white/metallic silver/yellow/purple colorway to go along with the white home uniform of the Los Angeles Lakers. The shoe sports a white base and metallic silver flywire panel, contrasted by a yellow swoosh to match the heel. The spotted laces add a nice touch to the shoe just as its away brother does, and a purple sole finishes off the shoe right. Be sure to expect to see these babies on the Lakers’ feet as well as yours soon.

Ever since we saw Wale sporting the Nike Air Copper Foamposite, people have been going crazy. Well Footaction is helping ease the pain by having a midnight release, on the night of February 12,  for the highly anticipated shoes. In addition to the shoes, they will also have some prizes and a few raffles.

The Nike Air Copper Foamposite features a copper colored foamposite design which sits atop a translucent outsole. They also sport a black fabric that extends from the top of the to box, through the lace stays and up and around the ankle collar. You will also see that the heel sports a gold embroidered logo to match the rest of the shoe.

The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 was met with a warm reception across the board and when the grey/teal color way popped up the roar of approval was undeniable. Well if you want them looks like you will have to be poised and ready as these are set to drop as a Quickstrike on Feb 20th. We recommend hitting up your local retailers now and asking around to get the drop on who will be carrying them. Via Nicekicks

The classic Air Jordan 1 (I) is being revamped a bit for a special occasion. The shoe is getting a tribute color way to one of Air Jordan’s brand forefathers, Mr. Tinker Hatfield. This Alpha edition features a white upper with orange detailing on the lining and midsole stitching. Black accents can be found on the midsole and swoosh while the outsole is done in an ice color way. They will release on February 15, 2010 at Wish.

It can be said that playing in organized sports makes team mates feel a family like kinship. So for this years Pro Bowl Nike chose to unite its players with these La Familia Air Force One Lows.

The shoes are made in a black/glass/spark blue color way. The upper is composed of black 3M material with spark blue piping. The shoes feature an electric pink swoosh that contrasts the design perfectly and to tie things up nicely there is a translucent black outsole. These are limited to 100 pair which basically means that if you aren’t family you won’t be getting them. Via SC

This past weekend House of Hoops locations began getting some All-Star Game 2010 releases including the Eastern and Western Conference Nike Hyperize, Western Conference Nike Zoom Kobe V, and Eastern Conference Nike Air Max Lebron VII.
