KAMPAR - A SECOND tragedy has struck here, hardly a week after the Kuala Dipang bridge collapse took three young lives.Three Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman undergraduates - James Khor Wan Kai, 20; Yew Shy Gin, 19 and Yew Ghim Chnieh, 20 - drowned after they were swept away by strong current at the Batu Berangkai waterfalls on Sunday. A fourth student was rescued by a villager.
