My Experience with Jules Scott, Jubilee Property Ventures

I was asked to be a referral and I found this to be the most convenient. I made an arrangement with Jules Scott/her company Jubilee Property Ventures. I had my house for sale (two of them actually) and Jules Scott made an offer. It was a pretty good deal for me and her. I checked out what I could about her and found that it’s all rang true. She’s friendly and proffessional, and takes good care of the property. Once I decided to take her up on her offer it took a few weeks to kink out the details on her end, but she got it up and running. She found a buyer, I hadn’t found anyone interested in the time I’d had it listed and she had someone within the first month! That was neat. So far so good. I’ve just been getting payments every month, don’t have to keep it up myself so that’s nice. Like I said so far, so good. We’re in talks to start up with the other property that I have to do the same kind of deal. I’m looking forward to it.
