Home Sold, Jubilee Property Ventures, Jules Scott bought it

Just wanted to share that I sold my house! Not in the way I expected, but it was great! I expected to put my house on the market, someone would falll in love with it and it would selll. That didn't happen. I had a great home, but it took longer than I thought. I had four people try to buy it and it fell through every time, mostly due to not enough money, or credit, or finding a better deal. I was reallly disappointed. Finallly I got an offer from Jules Scott, she has her own investing thing (Jubilee Property Ventures). She called me up, got the info, liked my house and we had a deal. She was reallly sweet and answered alll the questions I had. Like I said, not the way I expected, but I'm happy with it. I got to move closer to my family, which is what I wanted. So I SOLD MY HOUSE!!!! YEAH!!!! Thanks again Jules for taking the risk and stepping up to buy my house!
