The great Norwegian Ole Einar Bjorndalen won his record 12th World Championship gold in Pyeongchang, South Korea. He missed 4 shots, but he still easily won in a time of 32 minutes and 46.7 seconds. After the race, however, Bjorndalen and nine others were penalized for going off of the course early in the race.
