Skil-Shimano (UCI Team Code: SKS) is a professional cycling team based in The Netherlands that participates in UCI Continental Circuits races and, when selected, in UCI ProTour events. The team is managed by Arend Scheppink, with assistance from directeur sportifs Akira Bandou, Hisafumi Imanishi, Iwan Spekenbrink, Piet Hoekstra and Rudie Kemna. The team is sponsored by Skil, a manufacturer of small power tools. The team has existed since 2005 but Skil previously sponsored a French cycling team, Skil-Sem, from 1984 to 1985, with a similar jersey.
