Anyone suffering from psoriasis

Hello my name is Tim and ive been suffering from psoriasis and eczema for as long as i can remember. I would get spots on my arms, back, legs, ears, face..... you name it. I had been through so many dermatologists and tried every cream you can think of but nothing seemed to make it better and i was sick of having to wear long sleave shirts and pants even in the summer. Sure it would make it not be so red and flakey but i could still see the area being a pinkish color so i knew it was still there. Being an avid reader and writer i started looking around for information about alternative treatments. Like were all starting to find out, most of our skin problems are not topical, theyre internal. I bought a few books, tried a few things, still no good results. I then found a natural treatment guide that claimed it would clear up my psoriasis in a couple months guaranteed or my money back. Well, for $27 i had to try it.... ive spent WAY more on creams and crap prescriptions, and they dont give me my money back when it doesnt work. That was about 4 months ago. Today, i look in the mirror and i dont see anything. It took a little more than 2 1/2 months for it to completely clear up but it did. I do notice from time to time that i THINK i see it starting but then it just doesnt. Ive changed my diet a bit and use the holistic treatments they suggest and it works. Its now getting colder as winter is coming and no sign of it. Usually the worst it gets is in the cold weather. So anyway i just thought id put this info out there for anyone who suffers from the same. Hope it helps.
