TMZ reports Paris Hilton's younger 18 year-old brother Barron Hilton was busted in Malibu California this morning (Feb. 12) and arrested for DUI.  He registered at twice the legal limit with a blood alcohol reading of .14. In California, .08 is the limit to be considered legally drunk.  In addition to the DUI charge, Barron was also charged for carrying a fake ID. His bail was set at $20,000 dollars.
