PARIS HILTON YOUNGER BROTHER BUSTED FOR DUI
You would think that the younger brother of Paris Hilton would have learned from Pari’s DUI problems since 2006.
But apparently this Hilton hasn’t. Baron Hilton, younger brother to Paris Hilton, has too been busted for drunk driving last night … at age 18!

Moments ago it was announced officially that Paris Hilton’s younger brother Barron Hilton was officially charged with the DUI LALATE first broke to you weeks ago.
Hilton has been charged for driving with blood alcohol .08% or higher and unlawful use of a license and [with being an] unlicensed driver.

He registered at twice the legal limit with a blood alcohol reading of .14. In California, .08 is the limit to be considered legally drunk. The 18 year old Hilton was arrested after he stopped and got out of the car. His BAC was .14. In California, the legal limit is .08. Barron Hilton was booked in Malibu and released after posting $20,000 bail. His arraignment is scheduled for April.

According to TMZ The Los Angeles District Attorney has officially charged Paris' little brother, Barron Hilton, with DUI, misdemeanor driving with .08 or above blood alcohol level, unlawful use of a license and unlicensed driving. A court date has been set for April 14.
